Case Study

SSB BART Group has provided accessibility solutions for more than five years to a large government agency offering social services. The agency needed a solution that could be implemented across diverse IT systems, geographically distributed offices, and fit the agency's budget. Based on a competitive procurement, the agency determined that SSB BART Group had the best technology, experience, customer satisfaction, and price. SSB BART Group has since provided:

- Training and InFocus Suite software for over one thousand employees to Address accessibility violations.
- Audit and Accessibility Certification to Assure ongoing compliance.
SSB BART Group has also worked with several of the agency's vendors to help these companies supply accessible products. As a result of collaborating with SSB BART Group, the agency has been a leader in Section 508 compliance, fulfilled its mission of serving all constituents, and became the first Federal agency to be awarded Accessibility Certification by the National Federation of the Blind for their successful accessibility initiative.
